ATTEND THE AUCTION
Join the FUN!  Purchase tickets to attend the auction on November 11th at VIS!  Tickets are $100 each and include cocktail hour, dinner, full bar, and the Zeros!!! Ticket sales coming soon.

GIFT-GATHERING BASKETS

This was such a success last year, we're doing it again.  We are asking each grade to collect funds or items to create a fun gift basket worth $1,000 in value. They will be auctioned off in the Super Silent Auction.

 

TEACHER WISH LIST

Let's not let our teachers use money out of their own pocket.  This is a chance to give a monetary donation to our amazing teachers for items they may need in the classroom!

WEEK OF AUCTION

SIGN-UP TO BID

QTEGO is Visitation's online bidding tool. On this site, you can make cash donations as well as buy tickets to the event. It is also where you will place bids for silent auction items, purchase party centers, class parties, and teacher wish-list items. Details for sign-up will be sent prior to the event.  It is important to sign-up in advance of the auction.

SILENT + SUPER SILENT AUCTION

Great items will be available for bidding starting a week before the auction and will continue the night of. Bidding will be done via the auction bidding platform, Qtego.

 

PARTY CENTERS

This is a party that is hosted by parents and has a limited number of guests. Some parties are for adults only, some are for kids. Note: These go FAST,  and will be available on our auction bidding site, Qtego, closer to the Auction. 

 

CLASS PARTIES
A must for all Vis Kids Grades K-7!  These parties are hosted and donated by generous grade-level parents, and are a way for each grade to celebrate the year together.   Whether it be the Kindergarten Carnival, a 4th Grade pool party, or 6th grade Pickleball, pay $30 to have your child partake in the fun. GIFTS FROM THE TEACHERS

These are parties or just a fun outing with your child's teacher or administration. They can be a movie, lunch, or event a day with Mrs. Winget.

 

STUDENT KEEPSAKES

A special keepsake item for K-4th students that parents will volunteer to help make.
